Good afternoon, Overall, my experience was excellent, thanks in large part to Erika and Elia. At boarding, we encountered a somewhat challenging situation, as the schedule had changed without prior notification. It seemed there was some lack of coordination regarding passenger names and departure times, which made the process more complicated than necessary. Fortunately, I had an excellent team of hosts who handled the situation very professionally, and thanks to their support and teamwork, everything went very smoothly in the end. We had an outstanding experience with Blu Alliance from start to finish! The entire day was organized perfectly, the communication was excellent, and the crew made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely taken care of. The boat was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The crew was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had an incredible time. They made the day feel relaxed, fun, and truly special. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and experiencing the coast from the water was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy. Everything felt seamless, from the planning and coordination to the actual day on the boat. If you are looking for a private boat experience in Italy, I highly recommend Blu Alliance. This was easily a 5-star experience and one we will remember for years. We would book with them again without hesitation. I booked a shared Amalfi coast boat tour in advance and a friend joined the booking the day before the tour. We arrived in the morning to find that the tour was very underbooked and we were told we could wait 30 minutes for (hopefully) more people or have our tour refunded. Neither option was satisfactory to us. We were on a cruise and had limited time to replan our day. We were assertive that we wanted the experience we paid for and we were upgraded to a private boat tour. Our experience was fabulous! We are very grateful to the manager of Blu Alliance at Salerno, despite the initial hiccup with our reservation, he stepped in quickly, not only resolved the issue but made our Almafi coastal day tour an absolutely amazing experience. Expérience très partagé car le capitaine Adrien ,(bateau Masuccio ) était particulièrement inexistant aucune explication aucune discussion vraiment c’est la première fois que je fais une sortie en mer à la journée ou le capitaine ne donne rien comme information sur la région. Il faut savoir qu’en réservant là,on dépend des ferry et des gens dessus ,nous avons donc démarré 10h20 au lieu de 9h00/9h30 car ils étaient en retard. Si nous n’avions rien dit on aurait fait 2 heures à positano et 2 heures à Amalfi se qui n’aurait pas laissé le temps de se baigner plusieurs fois en mer comme prévu dans le programme. En insistant finalement on a réduit les temps et réussi à se baigner mais ce n’est pas normal . Niveau boissons il devait y avoir du coca et en fait plutôt de la bière ,deux sprites  deux fanta et de l’eau pas génial .Le snack c’est un petit paquet de chips . Bref pour 150 euros par personne se qui est très cher,je m’attendais à un minimum de service et de découverte mais il n’en a rien rien été . Donc je ne recommande pas ce prestataire.
