Refund and Return Policy Prilated Tours and Rental <\/p> \n

1. Cancellation by the client<\/p> \n

Full refund (100%)– Cancellation made at least 7 days before the tour\/guided tour datePartial refund (50%)– Cancellation made within 3 days before the tour\/guided tour date<\/p> \n

No refund– Cancellation made in the last 2 days before the tour\/guided tour– Failure to show up (no-show) on the day of the event<\/p> \n

Full refund (100%)– Adverse weather conditions that compromise the safety or quality of the experience– Insufficient number of participants– Unexpected closure of sites to be visited<\/p> \n

In such cases, the following options will be offered:– Full refund of the amount paid– Rescheduling of the visit\/tour on another date– Voucher of equal value valid for 12 months<\/p> \n

3. Methods of reimbursement<\/p> \n

– Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request– Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase– For credit\/debit card payments, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to show up<\/p> \n

4. Cancellation procedure<\/p> \n

To request a cancellation and refund, the customer must:1. Send an email to [email address] specifying:– Reservation number– Date of tour\/visit– Reason for cancellation– Any supporting documentation2. Wait for confirmation of receipt of the request3. Receive confirmation of refund<\/p> \n

5. Changes to the reservation<\/p> \n
