Refund and Return Policy Prilated Tours and Rental
1. Cancellation by the client
Full refund (100%)
– Cancellation made at least 7 days before the tour/guided tour date
Partial refund (50%)
– Cancellation made within 3 days before the tour/guided tour date
No refund
– Cancellation made in the last 2 days before the tour/guided tour
– Failure to show up (no-show) on the day of the event
Full refund (100%)
– Adverse weather conditions that compromise the safety or quality of the experience
– Insufficient number of participants
– Unexpected closure of sites to be visited
In such cases, the following options will be offered:
– Full refund of the amount paid
– Rescheduling of the visit/tour on another date
– Voucher of equal value valid for 12 months
3. Methods of reimbursement
– Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request
– Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase
– For credit/debit card payments, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to show up
4. Cancellation procedure
To request a cancellation and refund, the customer must:
1. Send an email to [email address] specifying:
– Reservation number
– Date of tour/visit
– Reason for cancellation
– Any supporting documentation
2. Wait for confirmation of receipt of the request
3. Receive confirmation of refund
5. Changes to the reservation
– Date changes are free of charge if made at least 3 days before the tour
– Changes made between 6 and 3 days before will incur a 10% administrative fee
– Changes are not allowed in the last 2 days before the tour
6. Special cases
Groups (more than 8 people)
– Specific cancellation policy with stricter terms applies
– Full refund is available up to 14 days before the date
– Cancellation between 13 and 7 days: 50% refund
– No refund for later cancellations
Private tours
– Require payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit
– Balance due at least 7 days prior to date
– Specific cancellation conditions apply, communicated at time of booking
7. Final Provisions
– We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time
– Any changes will be communicated on our website and will apply only to bookings made after the date of change
– For any dispute, Italian law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Potenza
