Q: What if my ship is delayed arriving in Salerno?
We monitor cruise arrivals daily. If your ship is delayed, we wait — within reason — and adjust your tour timing. If the delay makes the tour impossible to complete safely before departure, we issue a full refund.
Where exactly is your desk?
Inside Salerno Cruise Terminal (Stazione Marittima), Molo Manfredi. From your ship gangway it’s a 5-minute walk through the terminal building. Our desk is the only authorized tour desk inside the terminal — look for the Blu Alliance signage.
Will I make it back to my ship in time?
Yes. Tour return time is 4:00 PM (Amalfi) or 4:15 PM (Capri). Most cruise ships depart between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM, giving you a 1.5+ hour buffer. Our captains are obsessive about return timing — no passenger has ever missed their ship with us.
Do I pay in advance or at the desk?
Online payment in advance, by credit card via secure Stripe checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a booking code. At the desk, just show the code or your name. No additional payment unless you add extras.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, except in case of ship arrival cancellation by the cruise line (full refund) or weather conditions making the tour unsafe (full refund or reschedule).
Are tours suitable for kids and elderly?
Yes for both. Boats have shaded areas, life jackets in all sizes, and step-assisted boarding. For mobility-impaired passengers, please contact us before booking — we can arrange boats with easier boarding.
What‘s included? What’s extra?
Included: skipper, fuel, soft drinks, towels, swimming gear. Not included: lunch (we recommend a stop in Amalfi or Positano — typical cost €25-40 per person), Capri landing tax (€5 cash on Capri only), and any optional extras.
What if the weather is bad?
Italy is sunny most of the time, but if conditions are unsafe, we either reschedule (if your ship stays in Salerno an extra day, rare) or issue a full refund. We never sail in unsafe weather.
Do you speak English?
Yes, all our captains speak conversational English fluently. Many have worked with American cruise passengers for years and know exactly what makes a great day at sea for English-speaking guests.
How early should I book?
s early as possible, especially for July-August departures and for the Capri tours which sell out fastest. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks before your cruise arrives in Salerno. Last-minute bookings (less than 48 hours) are accepted only if we have boat availability.
